In collaboration with Koç University Executive Development Programmes Unit, we have established the Çalık Leaders Council (CLC) programme to enhance the strategic vision and leadership skills of our senior executives.
M-Pulse Executive Development Program
With the support of Sabancı University Executive Development Unit (EDU), the M-Pulse Executive Development Program (CMP) develops the management competencies of our mid-level managers.
Çalık Leaders of the Future
Through the Çalık Leaders of the Future (CEL) program, developed in collaboration with Sabancı University EDU, we equip our employees with transformational leadership skills, preparing them for the future.
With the D-Pulse: Digital Transformation Ambassadors Program, designed in collaboration with MEXT Technology Center, we aim for our experts in data science, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies to drive transformation within their areas of influence. The Çalık Digital Leadership Program (CDL) is designed to help our leaders create a digital vision and implement effective transformation within their organizations.
We offer mentoring programs to support employee development. Through the North Star Corporate Mentorship Program (CPS), employees enhance their skills and benefit from the expertise of experienced managers. The WaveZ Reverse Mentorship Program encourages intergenerational learning between our Gen Z employees and senior executives.
We provide specialized programs to strengthen the strategic and financial competencies of our senior executives. The C-Pulse: C-Level Strategic HR Program was designed to enhance the strategic partnership between HR and our leaders at CEO, General Manager, and Group President levels. With the Çalık Finance Program for Executives (CFL), we aim to improve our executives’ ability to analyze financial statements.
