Çalık Holding has completed the share transfer of ALBtelecom subsidiary in Albania to 4iG which is Hungary's leading telecommunication and technology company as of March 4, 2022. As part of the sales process, Çalık Group has become a strategic partner of 4iG.
Holding has continued its investments every year in order to meet the communication and telecommunication needs of the Albanian people at the highest quality with the well-established Albanian company ALBtelecom acquired in 2007.
