The Ahmet Çalık Foundation has signed a protocol with the Ministry of Treasury & Finance and the Turkish Informatics Association to train artificial intelligence experts within the scope of the "Certified Artificial Intelligence Specialist Training Competency Program". According to the protocol, the Ahmet Çalık Foundation will support the "Certified Artificial Intelligence Specialist Training Competency Program" by cooperating with the Turkish Informatics Association and Istanbul Commerce University within the scope of "One Million Employment Project" carried out by the Ministry of Treasury & Finance. The protocol was signed in Istanbul with the participation of Cebrail Taşkın, General Director of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Treasury & Finance, Rahmi Aktepe, President of the Turkish Informatics Association and Mahmut Can Çalık, Vice Chairman of the Ahmet Çalık Foundation.
Signing on behalf of the Ahmet Çalık Foundation as the Vice Chairman, Mahmut Can Çalık said the following about the cooperation: "Digital transformation has become the most fundamental element of competition in the world as well as determining development level of the countries. For this reason, the most important goal of our foundation is to contribute to our country so that it will be at the forefront of the ongoing digital transformation race around the world. As the Ahmet Çalık Foundation, we have prioritized digital transformation projects in order to contribute to innovative and strategic research & development projects in this context. We will contribute to the development of the "Certified Artificial Intelligence Specialist Training Competency Program" in cooperation with the Turkish Informatics Association and Istanbul Commerce University to support the "One Million Employment Project" of our Ministry of Treasury & Finance.”
Conducted theoretically and practically, the program will enable 140 young people to gain competence in the field of artificial intelligence.
