As a signatory to the UN Global Compact, we embed sustainability into the foundations of all our activities, services and business processes. We strive to develop pioneering projects for social benefit in every region we operate in and contribute to a value-driven future.
As a global company, our ability to quickly adapt to changes is among Çalık Holding’s most significant advantages. The key to consistently achieving our success goals lies in our ability to implement innovative and sustainable business models, combining this adaptability with our deep-rooted corporate values.
We aim for the services and solutions we offer in all the regions where we operate to add value to human life and increase prosperity. With over 20,000 employees, we develop projects across 3 continents and 5 sectors. With our sensitive approach, we attach importance to being a key part of economic and social development by contributing to the reduction of inequalities in the countries where we operate.
At Çalık Holding, we see ourselves as members of the communities in which we live and operate. We prioritize activities that contribute not only to economic indicators but also to society. We ensure that our investments align with the priorities and needs of the regions where we operate and support social projects that bring tangible benefits to the community.
Within the scope of combating climate change, we design and implement innovative business models that are in harmony with nature. In line with our 2050 Net Zero Emission goal, we adopt emission management, waste management, and circularity as critical practices, provide climate awareness training to our employees, and support raising public awareness to leave a livable world for future generations.
Ahmet Çalık Foundation was established in 2021 to provide services in the fields of education, science, technology, social services and health, which are the most basic requirements for a prosperous Türkiye, and to create value for humanity.

Through this project, the revenue generated from electronic waste helped provide quality education to underprivileged children with the support of TEGV.
Following Atatürk's instruction, ‘The branch will not be cut, the mansion will move!’, the mansion was moved 4.8 metres and became known as the ‘Walking Mansion’. It served as a place of rest and work for Atatürk for many years and was restored to its original state, including all the furnishings inside and the landscaping.
