ALBtelecom, Çalık Group’s telecom company operating in Albania and the largest landline operator in the country is honored with “Golden Bee” 2016 award in the category “Innovative Entrepreneurship of the year”, for the innovative solutions offered through business platform “Smart Business”.
The “Golden Bee” considered the most important entrepreneurship contest in Albania was held by the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship, under the auspices of the Prime Minister H.E. Edi Rama. The award “Innovative Entrepreneurship of the year" was handed to the Chairman of the Board of ALBtelecom, Mr. Giuseppe Farina on behalf of the company at the event where successful companies operating Albania were awarded.
During his speech Mr. Farina the referred to importance they attach to innovation and underlined the significance of this prize for the company accordingly. “Innovation for us is a must. Without innovation it is impossible to move forward, and I believe that innovation in in providing services and products, in technology where ALBtelecom is leader, is as important as also innovation in relations with clients. This is our strategy and our effort: to bring innovation and create business platforms for each entrepreneur in order to support everyone to grow and to do business- said Chairman of the Board. He cited that he was deeply honored to represent a company with more than 100 years of experience, noting that even though we are a local company, we are acting and moving forward as a global one. At the end of his speech, Farina addressed his special thanks to all dedicated employees for their innovative ideas.
