Şehrizar Konakları, Metropol İstanbul and Tarlabaşı 360 projects owned by Çalık Gayrimenkul, marked the 11th real estate fair organized in Kuwait. Three projects caught the attention of Al-Sabah Family, the ruling family in Kuwait.
According to a protocol signed in fair; sales and marketing activities of Çalık Gayrimenkul projects in notably Kuwait and the rest of the Middle East are going to be conducted by Enterprise General Trading Constracting Co. (EGC Kuwait) owned by Homoud Rashed Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, the nephew of Emir of Kuwait.
Homoud Rashed Al-Homoud Al-Sabah stated that a rigorous research was made during the pre-agreement process. Çalık Gayrimenkul Board Member Assoc. Dr. Feyzullah Yetgin mentioned that "10% of foreign-owned real estate sales belong to Kuwaitis." Expressing the huge interest for their projects Yetgin said that "We have sold an apartment from Şehrizar Konakları to Al-Sabah Family. Funds, banks, Saudi and Kuwaiti Families wish to have block sales from Tarlabaşı 360 Projects as well."
Turkey also marked Kuwait Real Estate Fair with 19 companies, which aim to have record of sales.
