The rough construction has been completed in the Şehrizar Konakları Project which Gap İnşaat, the subsidiary company of Çalık Holding is realizing in Üsküdar Altunizade. The construction work continues in full speed in Şehrizar Konakları, the project of Emlak Konut GYO and Gap İnşaat, which will add value to Istanbul. The cost of investment is 450 million Turkish Liras
The total cost of investment of the project, which brings together the famous architects Han Tümertekin, Nevzat Sayın, İhsan Bilgin and Sinan Kafadar, is 450 million Turkish Liras including the land share. The rough construction has been completed in the project which is getting ready to host its residents starting from the beginning of 2013.
Şehrizar Konakları have a construction site of 108 thousand square meters on a land of 49.500 square meters. The social facilities cover 7000 square meters in this project area. The unparalleled green areas which reflect the flora of Istanbul and Bosphorus add a different value to the project. Vast gardens, pergolas and fresh air turn Şehrizar Konakları into an exquisite world.
One of the architects of the project, Han Tümertekin describes Şehrizar Konakları as "the architecture of empty space" in architectural terms and says "We tried to protect the integrity among the residences just like in our Traditional Urban Architecture and for this we increased the number of the sets that we placed on the land. This way, we also managed to eliminate the monotony. The arrangement of these sets allowed us to group the houses separately, to form separate common social areas and therefore to form small neighborhoods."
600 vehicle capacity car park for 208 apartments
There are 38 blocks and 208 luxurious apartments with 300 square meters of foundation in Şehrizar Konakları. The solution for the land of blocks was five separate stories of car park with 600 vehicle capacity. During the planning of the settlement, the architects formed neighborhoods comprising of several blocks.
Apartments of 180 to 626 square meters
The gross area of the apartments with 3 to 8 rooms, which are ideal for big families are 180 to 626 square meters. Most of the bedrooms in Şehrizar Konakları were planned as ensuite. The prices of various types of apartments, which are still on sale, vary from 1,950,000 TL to 3,500,000 TL VAT included.
Gap İnşaat and Çalık Gayrimenkul

The project is realized with revenue partnership model with Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. Gap İnşaat will also realize "East Ataşehir" Project of 100,000 square meters on the land of East Ataşehir. In addition to this, Gap İnşaat works in "Tarlabaşı Urban Transformation Project", which is the first regeneration project realized with partnership of public and private sector in Turkey, as the contractor company. The project, which is prepared under the leadership of Beyoğlu Municipality, aims at forming a more livable, a more secure life center in Tarlabaşı that suits Istanbul better. Gap İnşaat is the contractor company in also Fener-Balat-Ayvansaray regeneration project that is developed under the leadership of Fatih Municipality. In addition to these, Gap İnşaat demolished the office building in Zincirlikuyu that it purchased in 2009 and started the construction of an A class and landmark office building in its place. Çalık Gayrimenkul, the real estate development and investment company of Çalık Group that started its activities in 2010, is doing the ongoing concept project work of a mixed project on a land of 12,500 square meters in scope of Yenibosna Kuyumcukent.
