The Hospital of Dentistry and Infusion Serum Factory, constructed by Çalık Holding, at the capital of Turkmenistan; Ashgabat, was opened to service by Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov, the Head of State of Turkmenistan. Among 2 thousand projects worldwide, this Hospital of Dentistry, ranked as the "year's best new facility".
The Hospital of Dentistry constructed by Çalık Holding, at the capital of Turkmenistan; Ashgabat, ranked as the "year's best new facility", when evaluated among 2 thousand projects worldwide. The hospital, which drew a great deal of attention with its ambitious tooth shaped design along with the most modern serum factory of Europe, were both opened to service by the Head of State of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov, who congratulated Ahmet Çalık for his successful endeavors. The Çalık Group, is continuously putting its signature on ultra-modern health centers, due to its health related investments that have been speeding up, in Turkmenistan. The Hospital of Dentistry and Infusion Solution (serum) Factory were constructed over a span of two years, by Gap İnşaat, a part of the Çalık Group. When they were both opened to service, the foundations of the additions of a Research and Training Center and a Cardiology Hospital were also laid. Berdimuhamedov, who spoke at the ceremony, attended by many foreign visitors, shared that: "Health is something very dear to our heart. We are making very critical reforms in this area. The high-tech health facilities we have built are going to provide service for many years to come".
It was selected among 2 thousand projects
At the ceremony, the England based foundation of, International Property Award, awarded the Hospital of Dentistry with the "best new facility" award of 2013, of the Asian-Pacific region, on the basis architecture as well as project innovation. Stuart Shield, the Board of Chairman of the foundation, presented the award to the Head of State of Turkmenistan, Berdimuhamedov and expressed that the Hospital of Dentistry was chosen from among 2 thousand projects. The Turkmen leader then desired that the award in the area of architecture, be presented to Chairman of Çalık Holding, Ahmet Çalık, due to his contributions in the project. Following the ceremony, Berdimuhamedov went around the hospital and obtained information from the professionals regarding the modern technologies available at the hospital. Berdimuhamedov, also expressed his gratitude for the architecture of the facility, which was constructed in the shape of a tooth.
Received at the residence
Following the opening ceremony, the Turkmen leader received Ahmet Çalık, at his Oğuzhan Residence. Çalık, thanked the Turkmen leader for having attended the opening ceremony, whilst also passing on his greetings for the Health Day in the country and the time of the Holy Month of Fasting, Ramadan. Çalık, continued by providing information on his projects, that are still in process in Turkmenistan and also expressed that the stated tasks will be completed on time and in full. In turn, Berdimuhamedov congratulated Çalık on his successful projects.
Çalık: It is equipped with the most modern technology
Ahmet Çalık, who expressed that a huge leap forward for reconstruction was started in Turkmenistan in the recent past, continued by stating that: "We owe our thanks to the Head of State, Berdimuhamedov, for allowing us to participate in this leap forward. We are working on the projects we have taken upon our shoulders, with great care and devotion". Çalık, also shared that investments in the area of health in Turkmenistan have increased and that: "The Hospital of Dentistry and serum factory we constructed, are equipped with the world's most modern technologies".
Modern health facilities
The health facilities, for which the opening ceremony was made, carry the feature of being the unique in the region, with their high-tech facilities. The Hospital of Dentistry, which was chosen as the Asian-Pacific regions, 2013's best facility for its architecture and project innovation, has the capacity to provide service for 450 patients a day. The 6 storeyed hospital, contains a conference hall with a capacity of 200 individuals, in addition to an intensive care unit, child unit, and a physiotherapy and VIP unit. The Infusion Serum Factory that was also opened to service, on the other hand, aims to produce a total of 10 million bottles of serum annually. The factory also has the capacity to produce goods that meet the standards of the Worldwide GMP (European Good Manufacturing Practice). The Research and Training Center's foundation was also laid and when complete it will raise Turkmenistan to the standard of health services worldwide.
