Tarlabaşı 360, the joint project of Beyoğlu Municipality and Çalık Gayrimenkul, is named as the "Best Urban Renewal Project" among the 6 significant projects of Europe in the "18th International Property Awards".
Beyoğlu Mayor Ahmet Misbah Demircan and Çalık Gayrimenkul Board Member Feyzullah Yetgin attended the award ceremony held in London.
Tarlabaşı 360 that is joint project of Beyoğlu Municipality and Çalık Gayrimenkul won the first prize in the "Urban Renewal" category among the 6 significant projects of Europe in the "International Property Awards", one of the most prestigious European awards in the real estate category. At the award ceremony held in Grosvenor House Hotel of London on the night of September 24th, 2013, Beyoğlu Mayor Ahmet Misbah Demircan took the award from Britain's House of Lords member Lord Bates.
TARLABAŞI IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF CONSENSUS
Beyoğlu Mayor Ahmet Misbah Demircan talked about the "Best Urban Renewal" award, and expressed their happiness about this great success of Tarlabaşı Urban Renewal project. "This project can be named as a great consensus that all parties met on a common ground considering the demographic and ethnic structure of the region. With this aspect, Tarlabaşı Urban Renewal Project sets an example to whole Turkey." said Demircan.
